Alfons holds a  Masters degree in international development studies and international economic relations. Alfons has more than 16 years professional experience as a consultant and trainer in the field of international development, and has worked in more than 35 countries.

Vincent started his consulting and project management career in the Netherlands, where he is still based. Bas is an associate with iD consultancy since 2006. He has 10 years of professional experience as a trainer, adviser and analyst in the field of international trade development. He holds a Masters Degree in Economic Geography for Developing Countries and has broad international experience having lived in, worked in and visited over 50 countries.
